Product Details
Product Description
6630 DMD-B Insulation Paper is a three-layer electrical flexible composite insulation paper composed of two outer layers of high-density polyester fiber non-woven fabric and an inner layer of high-melting-point 6020 electrical insulation polyester film, bonded with adhesive. The material is white in color.
Product Features
Thermal Class: B-Class Insulation Material (130℃)
6630 DMD-B Insulation Paper exhibits excellent mechanical strength and dielectric properties. The polyester film used in electrical applications boasts high dielectric performance, tear strength, tensile strength, and good impregnation properties. When bonded with the high-density polyester fiber non-woven fabric on the outer layers, it enhances the film’s mechanical strength, maintains good flexibility, and further improves the thermal resistance and thermal stability of the insulation paper.
Product Applications
6630 DMD-B Insulation Paper is used in the stator windings of motors and electrical appliances for slot insulation, liner insulation, and interturn insulation. It is also applied in the interlayer insulation, end insulation, and liner insulation of coils in dry-type transformers.
