Epoxy Polyester Composite Sheet Overview
FHEP180 is an epoxy polyester fabric composite made from woven polyester cloth treated with a high-performance epoxy resin system. Unlike glass-based materials, FHEP180 is easier to machine while offering outstanding electrical insulation, mechanical strength, and resistance to abrasion. Its high impact resistance and superior tensile strength make it ideal for manufacturing switchgear components, with excellent resistance to SF6 gas. The advanced resin system in FHEP180 improves upon earlier versions, increasing its glass transition temperature (TG) to over 180°C, making it well-suited for high-temperature applications.
